Cancellation policy

Cancel within 24 hours of booking: receive a 100% refund, provided the reservation was made at least 7 days before check-in.

Cancel 30 or more days before check-in: receive a 100% refund.

Cancel 14–29 days before check-in: receive a 50% refund of the accommodation charges. Cleaning and pet fees are refunded in full, because the service has not been provided.

Cancel less than 14 days before check-in: the accommodation charges are non-refundable. Unused cleaning and pet fees are still refunded, because the service was never provided, and the applicable taxes are recalculated on the charges retained.

Wherever a charge is refunded, the tax associated with it is refunded too. Taxes on charges Kamara Cabins retains remain collected and are reported and remitted.

If a guest cancels during a partially refundable or non-refundable period and we subsequently rebook some or all of the cancelled dates, Kamara Cabins may, at our discretion, provide an additional refund based on the revenue recovered from the replacement reservation. That additional refund is not guaranteed.

The cancellation policy in effect when a guest books remains attached to that reservation. Later changes to this policy do not alter it.
