These terms cover your use of kamaracabins.com, run by Kamara Cabins, LLC. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Stays are covered by the rental agreement

A booking is governed by the rental agreement and cancellation policy you accept at checkout, not by these terms. If the two ever differ, the rental agreement wins for your stay.

Information on the site

We work to keep descriptions, photos, amenities, prices and availability accurate, but things change and mistakes happen. The price and availability confirmed at checkout are the ones that apply. Drive times, local guides and third-party opening hours are for general information; please check them before you rely on them. We may correct errors and change or remove content at any time.

Our content

The photographs, videos, text, logos and design of this site belong to Kamara Cabins or are used with permission. You may share links and view the site for your own use, but please don't copy, republish or use our content commercially without written permission.

Using the site properly

Please don't:

• make bookings or submit forms with false information or someone else's payment details;
• try to get into parts of the site or systems that aren't meant for you;
• overload, scrape or disrupt the site, or use automated tools to place holds or bookings;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful code.

We may block access or cancel activity that breaks these rules.

Other services and links

Payments are handled by Stripe, and some pages link to or embed other services, such as Airbnb, YouTube, Google and Cal.com. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we aren't responsible for their content or availability.

Availability and limits

We aim to keep the site working, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Kamara Cabins isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. These terms cover the website only: they don't limit our responsibilities to guests staying at the cabins, and nothing in them limits rights that can't lawfully be limited.

Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
